The name SŌMA is derived from the ancient Greek word meaning the living body-not as an object to be observed, but as an experience to be felt from within. It refers to the internal, lived experience of being a body, emphasizing self-correction, integration, and wholeness.
This philosophy guides everything we do.
We believe true strength is developed through awareness, control, and consistency. Our approach prioritizes intelligent movement, anatomical integrity, and purposeful progression-allowing clients to build strength that supports longevity, performance, and everyday life.
